Department of Public Safety notice regarding diphtheria inoculations
Scope and Contents
This notice to doctors explains that the Bureau of Health is "prepared to make examinations of suspected cases of diphtheria" and urges physicians to bring inoculated culture tubes to the Laboratory as soon as possible for testing. The notice also provides directions for making inoculations. It is signed by order of the Board of Health, A. A. Hirst, Secretary and William H. Ford, M.D., President.
