The collection consists of 55 case reports from three early 20th century ophthalmologists. The first 25 case reports are from Floyd H. Cook in Middletown, NY from 1911-1919. The other 30 case reports are from Aaron Samuel Green and Louis David Green in San Francisco, CA from 1916-1919. The case reports include treatments for many kinds of eye diseases including but not limited to glaucoma, iritis, strabismus, detachment of retina, traumatic cataracts, and interstitial keratitis.
