Scope and Contents

Correspondence between Dr. W. Benson Harer and The Squibb Institute for medical research (now Bristol Myers Squibb) regarding drug evaluations. Drugs evaluated include antipsychotic Vespazine Elixir (active ingredient fluphenazine), and "Naturetin" (benzydroflumethiazide) in combination with Prolixin (fluphenazine) for the treatment of edema and "premenstrual tension syndrome," now known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
