Biographical / Historical
Stephen Rush Ketcham, Philadelphia, Pa., physician, was born in 1865. He received an M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1889 and was a resident physician at the Philadelphia Hospital. Ketcham was a member of the Pathological Society of Philadelphia. He removed to Redlands, Calif., circa 1916, and died there, of heart disease, on 12 Mar. 1926.
