Scope and Contents note This is a collection of photographs of Chevalier Jackson and prints of his etchings. There are a series of framed photographs of students enrolled in the course in brochoscopy Jackson taught at the University of Pennsylvania, and several photographs of Jackson inscribed to George Pilling. The etchings include images of Old Blockley, Pennsylvania Hospital, Women's Medical College, and Sunrise Mills in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania.

Civil War patient register and scrapbook

Scope and Contents The Collection contains a single volume, 1862-1919, originally used as a patient register for wounded U.S. Civil War soldiers recovering at Philadelphia (Pa.) area military and civilian hospitals. It was later used as a scrapbook for newspaper clippings. The patient register is in the handwriting of wartime nurse Hiram J. Noyes.
