This small collection contains 31 bills, receipts, and account
statements sent by five homeopathic physicians in the Champaign
and Urbana area to J. W. Porter, 1877-1897. The physicians
are: T. J. Merryman, J. E. Morrison, George R. Spooner, F. O'Dee
Springer, and C. D. Tufford. Many of the bills and accounts
concern treatments with electricity.

concerning members of the Kane and Foulke families contains
a memorial resolution on John K. Kane by the Board of Health
of the State of Delaware, 1886; newsclippings, 1894, which document

Katharine Rosenbaum Guest Boucot Sturgis was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1903. She received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and entered the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1935. She was forced to leave school when she contracted tuberculosis, but later resumed her studies and earned her medical degree in 1940. This is a letterpress volume of lecture notes taken by L. P. Reimann for courses taught by Alfred Stillé, James Tyson, and D.H. Agnew. The volume is divided into three major sections: lectures on surgery by Andrews, lectures on the theory and practice of medicine by Stillé, and lectures on pathology by Tyson. There are indexes of lectures in the first two of these sections.

between L. Webster Fox and Mrs. Fox (Beatrice Bickerton) both
