Scope and Contents The collection consists of Myles Synnott's diploma from Jefferson Medical College, 1831, and financial records, 1834-1866, from his Glassboro practice. These financial records consist of a daybook, 1854-1861, with a chronological listing of patients and a summary of the transaction, and four ledgers, numbered B through E, 18341866. This is a letter written by Nathaniel Chapman, in Philadelphia, Pa., to a Dr. Welford, and is dated 19 July 1839.
