Scope and Contents This collection contains reports on alleged casualties from compulsory vaccination in the Philadelphia area. The reports may have been compiled as part of a petition to the Pennsylvania State Vaccination Commission, a state committee created to investigate vaccination and the practice of compulsory vaccination in Pennsylvania. Scope and Contents This collection consists of draft pages, both typescript and manuscript of a proposed book attacking vaccination. Pages detail cases in which patients, often children, were vaccinated and later succumbed to illness. Also present are passages opposing germ theory, citing the work of Antoine Béchamp and other anti-germ theory physicians. One folder of correspondence is also included in the collection.
